Adeeb Jouhar

Me Adeeb Jouhar holds a joint Civil and Common law degree (National Program) from the University of Ottawa. He is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2011.

His main areas of practice are banking and franchise litigation, with a strong focus on bankruptcy and insolvency matters.  With regards to civil litigation, Adeeb is often involved in files relating to injunctive and extraordinary recourses. 

As a trilingual lawyer, Adeeb is able to serve his clients in English, French and Arabic.
