Catherine Coulombe obtained her Civil Law (LL.L.) and Common Law (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa. She is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2004. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Bilingual lawyer, she practices in franchise law. She possesses extensive experience in commercial risk management relating to all the aspects of business operations, product liability and regulatory compliance.

Her experience as an in-house counsel for a multinational company allows her to be attentive to the commercial needs of her clients. Outstanding negotiator, she is able to find practical and innovative solutions.
