Me Marie-Claude Gaudreau holds a degree in law from the Université de Sherbrooke (LL.B.) and she is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2003.
Me Gaudreau practices mostly in banking law, bankruptcy and insolvency. She participates in many litigation files, in particular in construction law.
She has been teaching at the Séminaire de Sherbrooke in the paralegal technology program.
She regularly lectures on the realization of hypothecs and other sureties including legal hypothec.
Me Gaudreau has been sitting for many years on the Board of Directors of M.U.R.I.R.S., a non-profit organization whose main purpose is the revitalization of downtown Sherbrooke buildings through the creation of big decorative murals.
She also participates in the training process of articling students.
