Me Yannick Crack holds a degree in law from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1997. He is partner of the firm since 2011.
Through his practice, he has developed an in depth knowledge of banking law as well as of bankruptcy and insolvency. He practices in construction law and in commercial and civil litigation.
Moreover, Me Crack acts as a legal advisor in labour relations for different businesses and industries.
He has taught secured transactions, evidence and civil procedure at l’École du Barreau du Québec.
He heads the board of the Maison Aube-Lumière, is a member of the organizing committee of the Fondation du Zoo de Granby and acts as an ambassador for “Le Bal de Leucan”.
He is a member of the Chambre de commerce de la Haute-Yamaska et région and of the Chambre de commerce de Sherbrooke.
