Normand Therrien, Partner

A law graduate from Université Laval (LL.B.), Me Therrien has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1987. He is the founding partner of the firm.

He practices in mainly in business law and corporate law, most notably in venture capital financing.  A significant portion of his client base is involved in the agro-food industry.

He also acts as spokesperson for management in matters relating to collective bargaining.

Actively involved in different consultative and business management committees, Me Therrien shares his knowledge and expertise with entrepreneurs and business owners. He also sits on various boards of non-profit and community organizations.

Through his dynamism and a strong sense of persuasion, he knows how to get people surrounding him to participate in causes he believes in – often obtaining results no one would have thought possible.

Me Therrien is a valuable counsel and takes great pleasure sharing his entrepreneurial skills with his colleagues and clients.
