Julie Brodeur

HR Service Director, CRHA

Driven by the development of people and organizations, Julie’s practice is focused on providing human resources consulting services.

Given that happy employees are more efficient, her interventions help implement best management practices to improve the quality of life at work.

Julie has worked in organizational development in the hospital sector where she oversaw the welcoming, training, and succession plan of employees and executives. She later worked in the community, which allowed her to acquire new skills and consolidate her approach by taking into account the client’s experience and needs.

She also earned the trust of a growing business by developing its first HR department.

Her experience as an HR Director in a large public company taught her to be an effective intermediary between the executives and staff during a period of change.

Not only does Julie have strong interpersonal skills but she also combines processes and results and actively listens to her clients, who also appreciate her exceptional organizational skills and enthusiasm.

Professional activities

I often counsel clients who are beginners when it comes to HR practices or coaching and leadship style, and make them aware of the consequences of their actions or inaction or the style of their communication.

Social Involvement

I participate in different community projects, locally and abroad, such as to encourage fair trade, equality between women and men, and French language instruction. The well-being of our employees is as important to me as the well-being of our community.
