Annie’s practice is concentrated in the area of municipal law and she represents municipalities before different courts. She specializes in drafting by-laws, legal opinions and various proceedings in all spheres of municipal law.Read more
For a number of years, she has also taught the law of prior claims and hypothecs at the Bar School, and has led seminars for municipal, provincial and regional organizations such as the ADMQ, ADGMRCQ, AGRCQ, FQM, COMAQ and the Table des MRC de l’Estrie. She was also involved in education for 8 years, while serving as president of a governing board.

I regularly give courses so that municipal officers have the necessary tools to perform their duties. And I advise elected officials with regard to decision-making, compliance, and powers and obligations under applicable laws.
I am convinced that parent involvement in schools helps children succeed and develop academically. The more involved we are, the better the example we give to our children and the more they will flourish, which is ultimately conducive to their success.
