A partner of the firm since 2012, Claudia is responsible of the labour and employment law sector for the firm and acts as employer spokesperson in collective agreement negotiations.
She also represents employers before the civil and administrative courts with regard to grievance arbitration, accreditation, labour relations, dismissal or occupational health and safety matters.
She is actively involved in training articling students at the firm. Claudia also teaches labour law at the Québec Bar School and gives seminars to companies and organizations. In addition, she sits on the board of the Académie des Sacrés-Coeurs and of the Collège Trinité.
Driven by her enthusiasm for her profession, Claudia finds practical solutions for every situation, and applies her trademark professional and determined approach to every project she undertakes.
