Douglas is a partner in the firm since 2015. He acts on behalf of clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, product distribution and clean technology financing. The matters he handles often have ancomponent, and as such he uses his experience and contacts to assist clients in these projects outside of Quebec.

Given his experience at the international level, Douglas oversees the firm’s relations outside of Quebec with the USLAW network, an international network of law firms of which the firm is a member and which it uses to service its clients’ needs outside of Quebec.
