During a transaction, there are many issues to consider and they are not only legal in nature. This is why it is important to truly understand the client’s business sector. My academic background allows me to fully grasp the scientific issues of a transaction and to take them into consideration when preparing the necessary legal documents.
In the media we often hear that SME are the foundation of the Quebec economy. However, it is increasingly difficult to successfully launch a business in the current economic climate. For this reason, I try to help future entrepreneurs by serving on the board of Espace Carrière, an organization that provides services such as entrepreneurial support services.
