Marie-Claude’s practice focuses primarily on legal matters concerning secured transactions as well as business law, such as in financing, mergers and acquisitions. Given her strong analytical abilities, Marie-Claude is often sought after for her feedback regarding different types of contracts and agreements.
She also regularly gives seminars in the area of security interests, bankruptcy and legal hypothecs for construction, and as such Marie-Claude’s colleagues consider her an invaluable resource person regarding matters in these areas.
Marie-Claude also actively participates in the process of selecting and training law school and paralegal interns for the firm. And for a number of years now, she is an instructor in the paralegal program at the Séminaire de Sherbrooke.

In the area of security interest law and credit recovery, I represent numerous financial institutions and private lenders. And in the area of bankruptcy and proposals, I regularly represent trustees and creditors.
I enjoy being involved and devoting some of my time to serve the greater good. I am involved in the Canadian Red Cross and actively participate in raising funds to help people in need in Estrie.
