Martine’s practice focuses on construction litigation, such as in matters relating to legal hypothecs and surety bonds in the construction industry, latent defects, faulty workmanship and loss of work. She also gives conferences to property inspection firms that want to know more about their liability with regard to latent defects, faulty workmanship and loss of work, as well as to contractors and subcontractors concerning suretyships.

She also represents various non-profit organizations for property tax exemption applications before administrative tribunals and for appeals before the courts. And Martine is a member of the Fondation Le Renfort in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, which helps children with pervasive developmental disorders.
