Ralph is fluently bilingual and since the beginning of his career concentrates his practice in labour and employment law in both Montreal and Sherbrooke.
He represents national and international companies in the fields of aeronautics, manufacturing and broadcasting. He has pleaded before labour arbitrators in all Canadian provinces, before various courts and labour relations boards of several Canadian provinces.
For many years, Ralph has acted as company spokesperson for collective bargaining negotiations. In collaboration with his long-time colleagues, he has developed an expertise in labour relations and governance, notably in the area of post-secondary education.
He taught labour law at the Faculty of Management of McGill University and is a lecturer recognized by the Quebec Bar. He has given many conferences on diverse subjects related to labour and employment law.
A negotiator with an excellent reputation, Ralph is recognized for his diligence and pragmatic approach when advising clients for the purpose of finding effective and logical business solutions.

I have been acting as a spokesperson representing employers in collective agreement negotiations in many different sectors for over 30 years.
For over 15 years I have volunteered for health organizations in Estrie, for example, as a director of the Fondation du CHUS, for which I was twice vice-president; as president of the Résidence Wales (2011-2013), a residence for 200 elderly people, and as co-president of the IGUS fund raising campaign in 2007.
