My academic background and professional experience allows me to advise my clients regarding the issues affecting their businesses, specifically with regard to acquisitions, corporate reorganization and real estate transactions.
I've been involved in my community for many years and served on the boards of different organizations. I am particularly drawn to social causes that have a direct impact on people's daily lives. For this reason, I am currently president of the board for a suicide prevention center (JEVI) and act as a lawyer-supervisor for Pro Bono Students Canada.
